Despite all of the holiday goings on, it’s been a busy week for real estate. CoreLogic reports that more and more prospective homeowners continue to rent, now topping 35% of all U.S. households—and rent affordability is at an all-time low. Is now the time to stop renting and look to buy?
Suburban Jungle president Ali Bernstein has been there—and she talks to Weschester Magazine about how her personal experiences house hunting, moving and moving AGAIN led to the launch of the agency. Not only does she get up close and personal, but she sheds some light on what clients can expect and what “exploring towns” really involves.
