Looking for some Halloween fun this weekend? There’s so much going on!
  • Rather trick-or-treat indoors? Head to the Westchester Mall for all-day trick-or-treating!
  • In Fanwood, the annual “Trunk or Treat” starts at 5:30pm, with trick-or-treating through the parking lot, followed by a Halloween parade.
  • Looking for something pre- or post-trick-or-treating? Head to Old Bethpage for Haunted Tales & Trails, including ghost stories, laser tag and plenty of candy!
  • Don your costume and head to the Aldrich Art Museum in Ridgefield for a fun, family-friendly photo booth!

How the shutdown impacts home buyers

Montclair Center among the best

Downtown Montclair has been named as a 2013 Great Downtown in New Jersey by the American Planning Association/New Jersey Chapter. From the renowned Montclair Art Museum and historic Lackawanna Plaza Train Station and, of course, amazing restaurants, shops, theaters, public art projects and even an outdoor stage, it's no surprise this bustling downtown caught the eye of this industry-leading association.

This definitely isn't the first statewide recognition for downtown Montclair. In 2012 Church Street was named a "Great Street" by the Great Places in New Jersey program for its culture, amenities, activities and more. For more information on downtown Montclair, click here.
