What a week it’s been as
we all gear up for the big Thanksgiving—or Thanksgivukah!—holiday next week.
Suburban Jungle Realty was prominently featured in the Stamford Advocate and GreenwichTime yesterday with great info on the “whys” of finding the perfect community versus just the dream house. Check it out!
What else happened this
week? CNBC reports that, in October, just 28% of home buyers are first timers.
This number typically hovers are 40% indicating a likely issue with
affordability and a general sense of preparedness among prospective house
hunters.
Not among those hesitant
buyers? J.D. Power released its U.S. Primary Mortgage Origination Satisfaction Study, ranking customer sentiments for a host of mortgage providers. Companies
were ranked based on their application/approval process, loan representative,
closing and contact. The winner? Quicken Loans, for a 4th year in a
row.
And, lastly, we know a
lot of your like to check out your potential towns and neighborhoods this
weekend, so here’s our round up of some great goings-on outside of city limits!
