It’s the weekend! Lots happening in the real estate market this week -- and LOTS to think about as you’re out exploring the ‘burbs…
- Rates dip and mortgage applications rise...again…
- Are pay stubs and tax returns a thing of the past for borrowers?
- Prospective buyers are feeling GREAT about the market -- and about their futures as home owners…
Let the Halloween countdown begin! No matter where you call “home” -- or where you’re planning to call “home” -- there’s plenty of spooky and not-so-spooky fun happening this weekend. Our advice? Use these great events to check out prospective suburbs near you!
- Old Westbury, New York’s annual RISE of the Jack O’ Lanterns is a must for EVERY age, complete with 5,000 hand carved pumpkins and plenty of Halloween fun!
- Just outside of San Francisco city limits, the Petaluma Creamery is a seasonal go-to for families, with plenty of pumpkins, carving contests, hayrides and more
- The Brookfield Zoo draws families from Chicago and area ‘burbs for a spook-tacular day of corn mazes, pumpkin smashing, haunted hayrides and, of course, plenty of animals!
Happy (almost) Halloween!
