While the list might not surprise most city dwellers and especially not area house hunters, this extensive list delves into many of the perks of these amazing hotspots, from their top-notch schools and unparalleled amenities (think free Pops concerts in the summer, chic restaurants and outdoor adventures) to their super-quick commutes to Manhattan, to the celebs who call these towns "home." Scarsdale, again, topped the list with a median household income just under $300,000 and a median home price of $1.205 million. Weston came in a close second with the median income at $275,000 and a median home price of $755,000.
